DSP Algorithm Developer: LTE/LTE-Advanced

Requirements and skills:

• university degree in one of the following domains: wireless, telecommunications, computer science, electronics
• 3+ years of DSP/FPGA development in Embedded C, VHDL and Multi-Threaded Programming
• hands-on experience with embedded real-time systems
• solid knowledge of wireless systems and techniques (OFDM/OFDMA, MIMO)
• very good analytical and problem solving skills

Software Development Engineer (LTE)

Requirements and skills:

• university degree in one of the following domains: wireless, telecommunications, computer science, electronics
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering and programming (especially: C/C++; Matlab and VHDL/Verilog is a strong plus)
• knowledge about cellular systems (especially: 3GPP-LTE, WiMAX) is a plus
• very good analytical and problem solving skills
• good English skills (spoken and written)
• excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Business Developer

Requirements and skills:

• university degree in one of the following domains: wireless, telecommunications, computer science, electronics
• knowledge about cellular systems (especially: 3GPP-LTE, WiMAX)
• experience in business development, sales or product management
• ability to identify, make contact and develop a relationship with key potential customers
• ability to identify client needs and respond to them with the company portfolio, building a long-term relationship
• very good communication skills including writing and presentation (writing technical reports, delivering presentations and trainings)
• very good English skills (spoken and written), proficiency in another foreign language is a plus
• willingness and ability to learn and to travel

Consultant / Trainer

Requirements and skills:

• university degree (Ph.D. is a plus) in one of the following domains: wireless, telecommunications, electronics, computer science
• knowledge and experience in the field of cellular systems, especially: UMTS, LTE/LTE-Advanced, WiMAX
• very good English skills (spoken and written)
• very good writing and presentation skills (writing technical reports, delivering presentations and trainings)
• ability to work independently and to be customer and result-oriented
• willingness and ability to learn and to travel
